  • What additional pages will you require (privacy policy, T&Cs, About Us, Blog etc.)
  • Do you require your site to be multilingual or accept multiple currencies?
  • What Apps/custom functionality do you require?
  • What branding colours should we use on your website?
  • Have you pre-selected a Shopify/PrestaShop/Magento theme?
  • Are you inspired by any other e-commerce websites?

We will setup the development Shopify store for you, and you will be provided with access to once the initial work is completed.

There is no time limit for development store, so it’s better to ask us to setup your store with Shopify, rather than using the trial version of Shopify which is limited to 14 days.

Option B – If you have existing Shopify store

We will submit a request to access your Shopify store. You will receive an email about the request and you will see a notification in Shopify dashboard like this:

There are two ways you can provide us with materials for development; either use Google Drive or using Dropbox. If these are new to you, simply follow these tutorials how to use Dropbox, and how to use google drive. You need either a Gmail account or Dropbox (Free accounts are available). Please upload the following content and share with us:

  • Your logo PDF, EPS or high res JPEG or PNG if possible.
  • Current and/or new images and pictures you’d like to use on the new site.
  • Page content and any updated verbiage/information for the site.
  • Template files can be also uploaded

Migrate your Content

If you have an existing store and you want us to the migrate data from it, we will ask you to provide us with access to your existing backend system and ftp login details for the server. We may request additional information, depending on the platform you are using.

It is preferable if you submit this information to our client portal. Alternatively you can send it in an email.

We’ll keep you informed of progress and when the site is ready we’ll hand it over to you.

We then provide 14 days of support after handover to resolve any issues and help you get the most from your Shopify store.

To stay 100% productive for our clients, we don’t take unscheduled phone calls and we check emails only twice a day. Therefore, we request that you setup an account with our Service Desk ticketing system.
